K&B Mortgage Solutions Ltd led by directors Kevin Barker and Darren King was formed in 2004 as an independent mortgage brokerage.

With combined experience in the market place of over 15 years the directors' main aim is to provide straightforward mortgage and financial protection advice. Whilst we do not normally charge a fee for our mortgage advice, we do however offer the option to pay a fee, our typical fees are £1,000.

Although we are based in Bradford, West Yorks, we have customers nationwide and are able to provide advice via the post or on a face-to-face basis as appointments can be arranged locally if you prefer.

As a company we have access to mortgages and secured loans for all circumstances and on contacting us we will ask simple questions about your requirements to allow us to provide you with a suitable no obligation recommendation.

Closely linked to mortgage and loan advice we believe it is important to ensure that you have protected your lifestyle against the implications of death or ill health. With this in mind we are able to offer advice as to the most suitable life and health assurance. Other forms of protection include cover for loss of income due to accident, sickness or redundancy.

Once you have purchased your own home it is important to ensure that you have covered your property and belongings against the implications of damage or theft. Here at K&B we are able to provide quotations for home and contents insurance .

Finally it's a sad fact that at some stage we will pass away, unfortunately many of us have yet to make a will to ensure that our wishes on death are adhered to. This is why we also offer a Will-writing service.
